2015 Malibu will not shut down after remote start

2015 Malibu flip key. Evo all gmt1 installed. Vehicle starts correctly with 3x lock. Then will not shut down and will shift and drive without key in the ignition. It will then run indefinitely. Does not shut down after the 15 minute run time. Can not stop the engine from running unless I actually unplug the evo module from the vehicle. While running the red light is on on the evo and does not respond to the key being inserted into the ignition, the brake pedal or the fob. Brake lights function correctly on the car. sn: 001A07 065502

looking to install the EVO-GMT1 system on a 2019 Trax LS will there be an update or just program as a 2018 being there is no change in the vehicle between 2018 to 2019 ?

Need to Reprogram to add new key?

I currently only have one key for me 2016 Cruze. I eventually plan on getting a secondary key, will I need to reprogram the unit once I get my new key for both to work?

If the Flash-Link Updater does not recognize my module, is the module defective?

I just bought a brand new EVO-ALL and Flash-Link Updater 2. I followed the instructions exactly on the Flash-Link Updater manual in order to get the latest updates for my device prior to install. The Flash-Link powers on and lights up red but the module never lights up and the Flash-Link light does not come on showing a link to the module. Any option I attempt to choose results in a message that the device was not found. Is this brand new module defective? Is there any other way to test it or reset it? Thanks!

yellow and red led stay on solid at step 4 of programming

I have a 2013 cruze lt and when im in step 4 of programming both the yellow and red led stay on and nothing happens. Also service theft deterrent is displayed on my dash.

EVOGMT1 worked...then stopped

I have a customer with a 2012 Equinox. He installed the EVOGMT1, everything worked fine for 1 day. Next day there was no function, no power. Checked all fuses and connections. We flashed a new module and replaced the EVO. Same problem - no power . It does not even power up to program. Suggestions?

what all is needed to wire a remote starter for a 2013 chev sonic with a standard transmission? I know you need the evo-gmt1, but does it also require a remote starter and anything else extra? thanks
