Evo-All does not program with 2006 honda CRV

Hi, I have a 2006 honda CRV, with a Solace SA3 starter and alarm combo. I'm trying to program the EVO-ALL using the programming steps in guide 3024 made the neccessary connections (4 wires) yellow to black yellow, light blue/black to white, white/red and white/green (connector end) to blue/orange. the module does not flash BLUE after it flashes RED 10x (Step 6), when the ignition is turned ON/START position (all dash lights on) tried multiple attempts, still nothing. please help? module is version 4.18 hardware is version 6
