2012 Fusion Hybrid Evo All Thar-For1- Alarms and will not start

The Alarm went off the 1st 3 times I started the vehicle with the RS. Standalone OEM Remote Standard key. Vehicle is fine but RS will not even try to start the car. Tried Reflash and toggling A5 to no avail. Are the diodes essential for this install? This unit came prewired/ preprogrammed and had the Alarm/ unlock wires cut and taped into the T harness. Seems to be a question in other areas if the 2010- 2012 Hybrid is compatible?

Airbag parking brake and check engine lights stay on!!

Well until you disconnect the t harness it throws a check engine light airbag light and parking brake on the dash and car will not start!! Not even with the key and when you open the drivers door the factory alarm goes off also the PATS indicator light doesn't come on at all until the t harness is unplugged and taken out of the circuits then everything goes back to normal!! Is there any special programming for the Fusion hybrid?? Also when it attempts to start the car it's like it's not firing up the crank wire because the car won't start but everything else comes on!!! Do I need to interrupt the ground to the headlight switch?? I wouldn't think this would be the cause but I'm running out of ideas!! The t harness I'd a THAR for-1 I've tryed reprogramming it multiple times and have checked the firmware setup etc and everything seems to look good is it possible the module is defective or maybe one off the diodes in the t harness??? Even with parking lights disconnected it still acts the same way!!

Why do I still have current backfeed when the t-harness already has diodes installed??

This vehicle is a 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid I have the system installed but I'm getting current backfeed causing issues until I unplug the T-harness then it all goes back to normal?? Unwrapped t harness and found that it already has the 2 diodes as per the tech sheet!! Only wires I connected were the 2 can wires the Orange wire to ground to disarm factory security in car and the driver door pin in the sjb harness pictured on the tech sheet it actually worked to a point once but then things started going weird due to current backfeed as soon as I took the t harness out and plugged the ignition harness into it's switch and the PATS harness into its switch everything went back to normal!! So it's definitely a backfeed issue somewhere running through the EVO??? This is a hybrid not the normal fusion any and all help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Do I need to Wire Diodes with a Ford Thar-1 T-harness?

I just installed a fortin evo all into a 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid and it fires up the ignition but doesn"t start the car into hybrid mode?? Also after I tied in the door pin at the gray connector up high on the SJB interrupting as per the fortin tech sheet it attempted to start once but still didn"t start correctly but when I opened the driver door it said place key in ignition and start vehicle or alarm will sound so I did that but then when I tryed it again I lost door lock and the pats indicator on the dash would no longer come on at all at the same general time the vehicle battery was getting low down around 8.5 volts so we connected a battery charger and even with the almost 13 volts from the charger it still is like there's a dead circuit somewhere?? any help would be greatly appreaciated!!! I've done remote starts in te past and never run into these kind of issues!! I did unlock and unplug the connector to get better access to the door pin wire when I cut it and wired to the evo all but then plugged it back in and locked it when done and it went easily barely any resistence so I don"t think I bent a pin plugging it back in haven"t checked fuses but wanted to gert someone with more experience opinion first!! Any and all help will be greatly appreaciated!!!
