How to get the Center Brake light turned on by EVO- 2010 Nissan Altima

EVO ALL and T-HARN connections are all good. Programmed EVO fine. When pressing remote 3X, the car does not start, but the brake lights come on. The EVO shows a red LED when trying to start. I called Fortin tech support and they told me that the problem is related to the center brake light not turning on by the EVO. The center brake light turns on OK by pressing the brake pedal. EVO is not sending some signal to turn on the center brake light. I tried to use both RL1 and RL2 connectors and both do the same thing. Any ideas on how to get EVO to turn on the center brake light?
