3 button start not working

Hi, the 3 button start is not working on my unit. The yellow wire from the t-harness is connected to the yellow wire on the 20 pin harness and the purple wire on the t-harness is connected to the green and red wire on the 20 pin harness. I went through the programing the blue light flashes when I turn the key to the on position and stopped flashing when I hit the lock button on the remote. When I try the 3 button start the blue light flashes every time I hit the lock button on the remote but the car doesn't start.
