Reached decryptor limit SN 001A07 017922

reached decryption limit, SN: 001A07 017922 2012 VW golf standard key, wire to wire, remote starts then stalls/no key found, I cut brown wire coming off key transponder I'm guessing I need to switch that to the blue wire? I didn't extend the 6" wiring. Thank you.
