2012 Jeep Compass Starts and runs for 1 minute and then shuts off.

I have a 2012 a Jeep Compass. I installed a EVO-ALL with a EVO-CHRT5 T-Harness. I programmed the unit to work with the Compass. All these functions work Lock, Unlock, Domelight, horn, lights, and cranking the engine. Car starts and runs. After 30 seconds the car locks the doors with no interaction from the car start. (I unplugged the lock/unlock harness to prove the car start wasn't activating it.) After another 30 seconds the car shuts off. A few seconds later it locks again.
