Remote programming for ftx25

After a problem with my ram ignition wireless module, the dealer change it but now one of my remote from the ftx25 works only one way, no green light confirmation so I'm trying to pair/sync this remote (Battery of the remote are news). I found the exact procedure here: https://fortin.ca/download/28441/evo-one_ftx25_quick_install_guide.rev-20150202.pdf I enter the programming mode, flash, confirmation with 11 push etc but I'm not able to succeed...or I succeed but the problem is somewhere else. it was working fine before... Thanks
