The wire colors on Evo all dbi connection don't match what my APS997Z remote start shows in manual.

Using an Evo all and prestige APS997Z. The dbi for the Evo all and the APS997Z have a different wire color order. One list the two data side by side and the other has it power, data, ground, data. Is this a problem or will the Evo all rectify it when d2d is selected from the menu.
