Do the wipers have to turn on with Remote Start?

I have the EVO-ALL installed as a stand alone unit with a T-Harness and RF Kit. I just noticed that if the wipers were on when I left the vehicle, then they also activate with the remote start. Is there any way to turn this off. I don't want the wipers going over a dry windshield for 20 minutes if it has stopped raining since I got out.

I did an evo all stand alone install on a 2008 GMC sierra 1500. Can the evo-all turn the heated seats on?
