Taking truck in for warranty work, do I need to disconnect and if so, how?

I will be taking my truck in for warranty work. Will having my remote start installed be an issue to the truck or dealership? And if so, what will be the correct way of uninstalling my remote start? Thanks. 2018 F150

Installation not complete on 2018 F150, last step left on solid blue

Every step was complete as follows: 1) plug in T harness 2) while holding down black button connect the black plug on top of module 3) colors go through sequence, release on solid blue 4) plug in white plug of bottom of module 5) turn key to on position ....it does not go through rapid flash after this. Instead it stays solid blue. ordered my flash link updates just in case. And helo would be great on how to get this working. Ford 2018 F150 2.7 l EVO-ALL Service # 001A06879807 hardware Vr. 6 firmware Vr: 4.18
