Dcryptor limit reached

Been struggling all night. Found out the button on this unit needs to be pressed very hard. Probably is faulty. Finally got it to work and saw there was a firmware update avalible. Aparently I was stupid and updated it. Now I cant get it to reflash the key because it says the Dcryptor limit is reashed. Quite agrivating to say the least and now my vehicle will have to sit torn apart until support can reset the limit. Service: 001A07118624 Please and thank you
