Installed but wont remote start

2011 Ford Taurus Standard Key. I installed the Evo-Fort4 system and T harness included. I was able to successfully program my one key, run it through dcryptor, and when I plug it back into the car, it doesnt seem to do anything. I have D1.1 for lock unlock lock turned on, and A11 off because my car doesnt come equipped with a hood latch sensor. I have been through the forums a lot and can't figure out what might be the issue. When I lock-unlock-lock the evo doesnt light up at all either. Thanks Edit: I also used guide #95201 if that helps. Thanks
