why wont my flash link manager installed the update to the flash link?

been trying for a week now to update the flash link updater and it wont update when i click comfirm it just sits at 1% and nothing happens. really need the updater so if you have a fix for this that be amazing. or if i can download the old version of flashlink manager cause it worked with that.
