RF remote model FTX64-2W
I installed this kit in 2018 and this is the first time that noticed that my headlights would stay on after unlocking the car with the RF remote.
Sceneario: I used the RF remote to unlock my car last night, the car unlocked and the head lights and tail lights turned on, I opened and closed the door and left the car unlocked overnight. This morning I saw the lights were still on and the battery is almost dead. The headlight knob was in AUTO. If I lock the doors with the remote, the healights will turn off after a short delay.
Is there a way to prevent the lights from staying on in this sceneario or even in other situations that I am not aware of that will keep the lights on with the car off?
