EVO-ONE + EVO-START2 Combo - Evo-Start not sending command?

2008 Mitsubishi Lancer

Car starts fine with factory remote. Evo-Start antennae blinks green a couple of times, then amber. 

It saying on my app, Sending, Car Locked. -- Sending, Car Unlocked. Etc. 

Nothing is happening. 

I have un paired and and re pogrammed several times. Nothing has seemed to work. Do I need the RFA2A?

I understand the topic has come up on here, and I have read through most of the answers, its just not happing for me.
