Has anybody come across this? We think it might be a faulty EVO one module any thoughts please help.

shut off when I press the brake

I am writing to report an issue with my car’s remote start and shutdown process. When I press the lock button on the car key three times, the car starts remotely, as expected. However, after entering the car by pressing the unlock button, I encounter a problem: when I press the ‘Press to Start’ button twice in succession and then press the brake, the engine shuts off immediately, and the message ‘Wegfahrsperre’ appears. Could you please help me understand and resolve this issue?” FORTIN EVO-ONE-MIT2 EVO-ONE + T-KABELBAUM Mitsubishi Outlander 2016 SN:002B04 291538 On the first press, the blue light blinks. On the second press, the blue light also blinks. On the third press, the blue light blinks, followed by the red and yellow lights. The blue light then turns off, leaving only the red and yellow lights on. My issue is that I want the engine to keep running so I can drive immediately, rather than having the engine shut off when I press the brake pedal and then needing to restart it to get going.

Outlander 2022 with Fortin EVO One - remote start does not always work when using RFK942

Hello,

When pressing the remote start button on the RFK942 key fob, the remote start does not always activate. When this does not happen, the car behaves differently: the marker lights come on along with the low beam headlights for a couple of seconds, then everything goes off. However, when the remote start command is successful, the low beams do not activate, the turn signals come on for half a second, followed by the marker lights. Additionally, there seems to be a door lock click, then the engine starts, which can be seen in the video. https://youtube.com/shorts/B6o0cWfPQQo

Remote start with the factory key, activated by three presses on the lock button, does not cause any issues with the remote start.

The flash-link 4 has version 5 firmware, vr. 4.08. An additional impact sensor and siren are installed.

There is also an issue where if the car is armed or started with remote start, if the trunk door is opened with a sweeping motion from below (via the sensor), the siren starts making noise. If opened with the button on the door, everything is okay.

Thank you for your help!

I just want to know if I can use Evo-One Fortin product for my car, is it compatible. If yes, do i need to buy the Thar-One-Mit 2 (T-Harness for Mitsubishi vehicles) to work for connection or installation process with Evo-One. Thanks in advance,

CL6 / Evo-One - Not Communicating?

Reposting because, well, the first thread will never been seen again and the answer missed important points

Please read the whole thing.

Eclipse Cross, 2018, SE

Latest firmware for starter and bypass. Loaded recommended options and confirmed the options specified in the setup PDF for the car were set. Using the MITS2 harness.

3x lock works for remote start works.

Tried various (3?) methods of syncing, all of which seemed to work, however, device still only shows it's own information (battery voltage, GPS, and "connected" icon)

Yes, using the crossover cable. Yes using the right port on the evo-one (blue).

Tried sending the unlock command/lock command at the last steps of the sync. Door open and door closed. Didn't seem to matter.

Tried switching the protocol in the app to something else then back to Fortin.

Confirmed the "datalink" protocol is Fortin 2

Previously, this carlink was used with an evo-all for a different car and it worked great. Now it does not.

ASCL6 / Evo-One - Eclipse Cross 2018 - No unlock/lock/start/etc

Eclipse Cross, 2018, SE Latest firmware for starter and bypass. Loaded recommended options and confirmed the options specified in the setup PDF for the car were set. Using the MITS2 harness. 3x lock work for remote start works. Can't seem to get the Carlink and Evo-One to communicate. Tried various methods of syncing, all of which seemed to work, however, device still only shows it's own information (battery voltage, GPS, and "connected" icon) Using the crossover cable in the CL6 instructions and confirmed correct port on evo-one. Tried the valet switch sync, the on-off-on sync, the unplug, red/blue sync Tried sendin the unlock command/lock command at the last steps of the sync. Tried switching the protocol in the app to something else then back to Fortin. Confirmed the "datalink" protocol is Fortin 2 (there are no other options other than the FMH) I have found a thread or two describing a problem just like this, but those solutions were mostly about not using the correct crossover, having the learn procedure not working as expected, so they weren't relevant to me, sadly. Previously, this carlink was used with an evo-all for a different car and it worked great. Recently resubbed after a year to use in the Cross and have spent the better part of a week trying to figure this one out. Tried all of the procedures in the programming FAQ as well as the workarounds. The procedures, each different type, all seem to work correctly, but the behavior never changes. Evo-one still unresponsive to the carlink. Really wondering at this point if the ascl6 can do anything without splicing more wire / whether it's a bug / or ? At a loss on this one. At the last step of syncing (turning the car off), the red/blue flash 4 times. Can't seem to find a diagnostic for what this means.

Door trigger stays open when connecting the 20 pin, remote start works okay.

Hi, Everything works fine with the remote start however, the door ajar light in the dash stays always on. And when I disconnect the 20 pin connector, then the door ajar works fine. I have connected the dk.blue wire to the lt.green wire at the fuse box as instructed. Also I have programmed the 32.5 option. The car has oem alarm. SN 002B04 251304 Any ideas? Thanks
