2016 CX-9 security light doesn't stop blinking

I have a 2016 CX-9 and choose the EVO-ALL along with a 1-way RF kit from cimestopper. I worked through step 7 with the first OEM key and the security indicator did not stop blinking for more than 5-6 seconds. In a bit of a panic, I turned the ignition off and tried again with a second OEM key. The security inidicator took a long time before turning off, but the EVO-ALL only shows the yellow light. When I restart the programming from step 1, I can no longer get the unit to turn yellow in step 6 where I press the PTS twice. Is it safe to master reset the unit and try again? 2014 Jeep Wrangler, Evo Chrt5 with T-Harness will not remote start, all light blinking

I recently installed an Evo CHRT5 with T-Harness into my 2014 Jeep Wrangler (2dr), the remote start functioned properly the first couple times I tried it. Now it will not remote start, when I looked at the unit all three lights were blinking one at a time. I've unhooked everything and went through the reinstall process multiple times but every time I do this it will only function for a few days/remote starts. Then it goes back to cycling through the lights and not remote starting.
