Please help on wiring 20 pin connector (Evo Chatr 5) in my Jeep Patriot Patriot to distance start by original key. I received my Evo chatr 5 with no instalation guide, I don't know how to connect the 20 pin connector wires... When I hold the program button the leds become Blue but when I put the key in ignition they still on but not flashing? Please help on this urgently, the snow is coming :)

How to wire and programming

After programming my car won't turn over the car turns on but won't click over. When in on/run position led is yellow and not blue. I have a 2008 jeep Patriot I am not using any thing extra no kits no hood pin is there any thing else I need beside the Evo and harness for my vehicle

2014 Jeep Patriot Purpose of hood pin/valet, parking light, start/stop external connections

I am looking to Connect a Evo-All Stand Alone on a 2014 Jeep Patriot. I am following installation diagram C. When I bought this evo, it was preflashed and listed as only needing to connect the harnesses. I have not attempted any installation yet. For the single wire connection coming off the 20 pin connector, I am looking for more infomation on the purpose of them to determine what is necessary and to allow me to locate the wires and troubleshoot any incorrect connections. -For the 20 Pin Connector i. Externial input (Start/Stop External control negative) - What is this and what would this connect to? ii. Parking light out negative (this is the white/purple positive for 2014 jeep patriot) - Is this just to blink the break lights and would a relay be required to make this connection, if so is this connection necessary. If it is necessary would it connect to the red/purple wire (shown on wirecolor.com under parking lights) iii. Hood pin/Valet switch (no valet switch for 2014 Jeep Patriot which is a hatchback) is this a necessary connection and if so, where would this connect to near stearing column (without running under hood to actual switch). The directions state that this is optional, dark blue (from 20 pin connector) with no polarity given. Wirecolor.com list this as negative black/pink (from the 20 pin connector), and has no location or pictures of the colors. Yellow and Green/orange will be connected per instruction C. Red Light as soon as plug-in the data link

Hi, 

I have a Jeep Patriot 2009.

I have used the two linked youtube videos for install, my installation will require the aftermarket FOBs.  So I will be using the remote that comes with the kit to start the car instead of the the factory Key FOB.

I bought the kit at amazon;

I have an EVO-ALL Service#: 001A06 563770

and LCPRO-4 Serial No. 1CFF98M6CM41063

My issues are, as soon as I plug the 4-Pin connector the light turns red, (solid, no blinking).

I tried to reset the Evo All but after pressing the button for 5 seconds, nothing happens.

 

I am just as far as the first step, I am worried more issues might arise, what could it be.

2014 Jeep Patriot doesn't remote start. What do I need to do?

Have a 2014 Jeep Patriot. Followed directions but remote start does not start the vehicle. The dash has a lightning bolt . I have a EVO-CHRT5 with a LCPRO-1. Does anyone know what I need to do to fix this? Thanks.

Can I install remote starter for Jeep Patriot as stand alone and alarm on the same THAR-CHR5?

Jeep Patriot 2014 comes without factory alarm and Im already installing a remote starter with THAR-CHR5 to it enabeling option 15, but how do I make this product to also work as a factory alarm? Best regards Ernesto

Relay Connections for Parking Lights

I have a 2009 Patriot and I am trying to install a relay to get the Parking Lights to flash with remote start. I have seen two different connection setups and wanted to verfiy which one is correct: 1) Pin 85 - To EVO Brown/White wire Pin 86 - To a constant 12V, add a fuse of 10 amps Pin 87 - directly to Pin 86 Pin 30 - To vehicles parking light wire. 2) Pin 85 - To EVO Pin 86 - Pin 30 Pin 87 - To vehicles parking light wire Pin 30 - To 12V with fuse Which one is correct? Thanks!!

2011 jeep patriot security light flashes after take over?

I have installed an EVO-CHR with THAR-CHR2 and Compustar 6200. After taking over with the key and pressing the brake the security light flashes constantly until the vehicle is shut off and restarted. Is there a fix? Thanks
