Telematics with NIST1 stand alone

I installed a NIST1 Stand alone remote start with Tharness, the box said that it was compatible with Telematics/RF kit, I look at it and don't see a port for an RF antenna or Drone to plug into. Did I misinterpret this? If it can be done, can a DR3400 work or do I need a different product?
