2014 Honda Crosstour no horn and can´t turn it off with the remote

Hello, I installed the EVO One with the HON 3 Harness. The car starts with the 3 lock button pressing, but once it starts, I can´t turn it off (3 lock button pressing again). Also I connected the horn wire to the OEM horn wire (steering column) and I would like to know if there is an option for the horn to honk when remote started? Thank You.
