Wont shut off with key but will with remote

Car will start and shut off with remote lock x3 perfectly. But won't shut off when I use the key in the ignition to shut off the car after remote starting.

Hi, friend! I have an EVO-CHR5 and need to install it on my DODGE CALIBER as 'stand alone' to use oem remote's Lock button to remote-start. How.can I enable.this function without flashlink updater? thank you!

2009 Journey intermittent set of alarm and lock out with EVO-CHR

2009 dodge journey installed a few days ago, EVO-CHR, autostart starter, has been working fine but on one occasion when attempt to start alarm went off, did not start, neither remote (starter or factory) would unlock door.
