passlock-sl2 v2 installation ok but car doesn't start

chevrolet cavalier 1999 with passlock bypass SL2 V.2 installed according to schematic #2 led flashes ok . car doesn't start and than it flashes 4 times

Security Arm / Disarm - " RF ONLY"

2003 CAVALIER 2.2 ECOTEC CONNECTION# 89 & 91 SUGGESTS " RF ONLY" IT APPEARS I NEED TO CONNECT THIS AS THE SECURITY ENABLES ON START AND CAUSES THE HORN TO CHIRP THEN BLAST. THE WIRECOLOR INSTRUCTIONS ARE NOT MAKING SENSE TO ME. WHAT IS RF ONLY AND WHERE DO I CONNECT THIS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
