2014 ram wont start after changing vehicle type in software

Hi, i updated my device's selected truck. when i bought my evo from amazon it was setup for a 2015 ram 1500. my truck is a 2014 3500 diesel. after updating that; the truck wouldn't start anymore. I went ahead and re-did the key decrypting process and now i have the blue light flashing when i lock but the truck will not start. after that didnt work, the only thing i changed was in the software. I selected option "diesel" and i turned off the "lock unlock lock" option. other than that everything is at default. does anybody know whats wrong here?!

is there anyway i can downgrade to get this back to the firmware it was before?

it came with 74.19 when i bought it.
The firmware is not the issue.


You forgot to enable option D1.1 as well as option D1.3 and D1.6.


Click on option D1 to expand it and enable the above mentioned options, save the options, then re test in the vehicle.
Hi Derek, thank you very much for the support. Unfortunately enabling those additional options didn't help.

i have updated the firmware to the latest this evening. defaulted all options and confirmed that D1.1 as well as option D1.3 and D1.6. are enabled. the truck will not start. the blue light flashes three times with the remote button but nothing happens.


i checked the dark blue wire on the 20 pin connector and it doesn't respond when grounded. 


this remote starter worked before i changed the model and year in the software. are we certain this doesn't have anything to do with it?


edit: i put my head under the dash and confirmed all electrical connections are tight and clipped good. still NOK

Call tech support when you have the vehicle and module and time.
