Need reset to change options

After using my new Compustar system for a few months now, I have noticed an odd behavior of the system.  Sometimes at certain store parking lots when I get out of the vehicle and lock the door with the Compustar remote, I will get a reply back on the remote a few seconds later that the doors have just been unlocked.  However, the doors remain locked.  This unlock reply is the same reply that occurs when doors are unlocked with the OEM remote.  The OEM remote does work with the Fortin and Compustar when locking and unlocking.  So I really don't know what is going on.  I was going to disable the OEM remote monitoring feature, but found out my unit is locked and needs to be reset.  Could you please reset my unit?

All units older than 4 years old can not be changed.
