could be because it was not updated to the recommended firmware although your unit looks like it programmed with dcryptor ok at the moment. https://fortin.ca/en/support/001a06725591/

edit: it seems that module is used as well. Ideally a reset should be done before any type of programming.

Tdid the reset but still nothing will not start the vehicle and now when I plug into it with flash link now it says device cannot be flashed anymore! How can this be it's the only vehicle it's ever been in and was working till a month ago.

A reset, resets the unit. It then needs to be reprogrammed and options need to be re-enabled.

If you are still geting the red-yellow flash during programming, I would suggest doing the following BEFORE trying to program.

  1. Connect only the RED connector on the EVO
  2. Start the vejhicle with the key
  3. Shut down the vehicle
  4. wait about 20 seconds.
  5. Leave the red connector connected, and attempt programming.

If you have reached the flash limit it means it was too many times previosly. Doesnt matter how cars it has been in. To be able to reflash your unit and do dcryptor, we will need to send a request for having the module unlocked. This can take up to 48hrs.

edit.... module is redo to be flashed again. It has been reset.

Ok so I did what you said reprogrammed it . And now the fortin module blue light comes on when you lock and unlock with key and with command start but does not start with factory key fob or auto connect app. Any other ideas to try or what the issue might be. Thanks for your help
this is normal, since you performed a "reset".

This will turn off any options that are not ON by default. so please plug the module back to the computer and turn on options C1, D1, D1.10 and D2 to start off with and click on save options and retest in vehicle.

Thank you,
