2015 Santa Fe no response with 3x lock

Installed Evo One in 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe PTS. All connections have been checked. Module seems to program fine according to LEDs. Yellow LED lights with vehicle in run position. No LEDs illuminate when pressing the remote buttons, and the car does not respond in any way. Tried a second unit and same symptoms.

Please provide the S/N number listed on the back of the evo.

Also ensure options C1 is on in the bypass and option 38.2 is on in the starter.
