12 infiniti FX50 door locks acting crazy after remote shut down

I have a 2012 infiniti FX50 with the EVO-NIST1 and everything is working except when i shut down the remote start and go to open the door physically by the handle the door locks continually start unlocking untill i hit the unlock button on my factory remote. I had originally installed the remote start without the door locks from the EVO-NIST1 but decided to hook up the door locks because i plan on installing the Crimestopper Tele-Connect and wanna be able to unlock the doors from my phone as well as remote start. But for some reason the doorlocks go crazy after remote shut down
