Why won't my evo all update?

I have EVO ALL hardware version 6 service number 001A06 122506. I can't get this to update or work. I spent good money on this thing and now it's a paper weight. Any ideas? Please and thank you.

Evo one to xl202 LED

I have an Evo One connected to a xl202. In the instructions I see there is a wire on another port/wire for the (-)LED. where/what wire do I connect that to on a model 6826T antenna to make the LED on the antenna work?

Key Programming Locked?

Hello, When programming my EVO unit during the 5 second steps, there the red and yellow remain lit, no yellow or blue flashing. My understanding is that the vehicle is locked from programming additional keys. What can I do to complete the programming? Thanks
