Flash limit reached

Can i get my Flash limit reset SN# 002B04317625, and also have a 2010 Chevy Colorado that will program fine but cannot get it to crank with command start. Have tried downgrading firmwares etc but no luck. Any suggestions? Thanks

invald key data and now device can no longer be flashed

I've tried many times to progam the key to it and never worked but not locked out device can no longer be programed... it will lock the doors and turn on the gauges but won't start the truck s/n 001A07 195436
