What kind of connector is the red 6-pin relay harness for the EVO-ALL?

I have misplaced the red 6-pin relay harness that came with the EVO-ALL. I was wondering what kind of physical connector it is? (Ex. JST-XH, 1.0mm pitch, etc.). Thank you!

EVO ONE 2 blue interface port shown in RFK912 Install guide

RFK912 Install guide shows 2 blue ports (B & H) for EVO ONE. Blue port B (next to white) - (4-PIN) DATA-LINK ANTENNA Blue (slightly bigger) H - next to FLASH-LINK UPDATER PORT - is labeled as (4-PIN) ANTENNA 1. What is the difference between them 2. As i understand, port B (slightly smaller 4 pin) is used to connect RF antenna. 3. What is the use of Bigger blue port (H) 4. If someone wnats to connect both RF kit remote as well as my car module; how do we connect to EVO ONE or any extra wire kits needed ?

Max current rating of +12V pin in shock sensor port on EVO-ONE.

What is the maxiumum current (mA) I can draw from the +12V line in the shock sensor port of an EVO-ONE? Thanks, Jeff

Some questions regarding +12V connection, fuse size, etc. ('14 A6)

Just a couple of questions on a '14 A6 install (EVO ONE + MyCar smartphone). The two +12V wires (E3 & D3) are to be connected at the OBD-II harness. Since this is a faily low current application so I'm wondering what the appropriate size fuse should be. Nothing in the quide regarding fuse size. In a few of the low-current EVO-ALL installs they specify a 5A fuse, would that be suitable here too? On the same topic, I imagine the OBD-II wires would likely be thin-gauge, (EDIT: +12V looks like 18gauge from the guide photo)... It looks like the E3 wire is 14g. Since this is a low-current application, I'd like to step it down to a smaller gauge so it's not such a bulky connection at the OBD-II +12v wire. How small could I adequetly go on that? One last question: Does the EVO-ONE provide power & ground to the MyCar smartphone addon through the data connector? They have optional power & ground wires for modules that don't provide power... Just want to get an idea before going into the install.

OBD-II Connector Mount

I installed the THAR-FOR4 Harness which requires pluging in the original OBD-II Port into the harness connector. Is the Harness OBD-II connector suppose to fit back into the mounting slot where the original OBD-II connector was?

Do I need to connect the main connector?

I have an EVO-ONE with TOY6 harness for a 2018 Highlander Hybrid PTS. I'm using the install guide #70741, which support said was the correct one. In this guide it says to tape over the main connector to prevent shorting to ground, but further down the guide it says to plug in the main connector to program key pass. Do I need to connect the main connector to pwr/gnd or does the evo-one get power from the t-harness? Which connector do I need to plug in to complete the key pass programming? Thanks.

Hello, I require some assitance from you with an installation. I have been reviewing the diagrams shown in the install manual # 16561 and the quick install guide for the installation of an EVO-ONE with the CHR5 t-harness onto a 2016 Jeep Wrangler with manual transmission. I have also reviewed mutliple other EVO-ONE install guides as further information sources as well as searched the forum prior to asking this. So that you know where I am, here is what has been done so far: I have installed the valet switch. Connected the 3 pin to a dual stage shock sensor. On the 20 pin connector I have added a siren to pin A7, connected the hood pin to A15, and connected the A1 yellow to the t-harness yellow. On the 6 pin white connector, I have connected the white E1 wire to the white and purple parking light wire at the kick panel on the passenger side of the vehicle, connected the E3 power to an unswitched 12v power source, and connected the E4 ground to a suitable body ground location. Where I am lost is that on the white 6 pin connector, there are also the E2 orange, E5 pink, and E6 yellow wires that are currently unused. Addtionally, there is no reference to the use of any wires other that E1 and E3 on the instructional schematic. I assumed E4 ground due to E3 12v power is used. The EVO-ONE quick install guide states that E2 is (+) ACC/IGN2, E5 is (+) ignition, and E6 is (+) Starter. Additionally, while programming the unit with the flash link, function 2 and function 31 make reference to using the white, orange, pink, and yellow. I know that function 31 should be set to mode 4 since I am using the white wire for the parking lights. What I do not know is: A) In addtion to the wires I already have connected (E1, E3, E4) on the white 6 pin connector, what else needs to be connected and where? B) What mode should function 2 be set to in order to be consistent with the function 31 mode 4 setting? I am asking prior to final testing so at this time, I do not know if this will work as is set up currently. Just trying to get final confirmation of correct wiring for your product instead of frying either the unit or some wires in the vehicle. What is the specific name of the plastic 3 pin shock sensor connector on an evo-one

I have been to several electronic stores, auto parts stores, and searched the internet. It would help tremendously if I had the specific name of the type of connector used for the 3 pin shock sensor port on the evo-one. I would prefer to have the plastic connector instead of hard wiring it or using butt connectors on the pins. Its hard enough to find a butt connector btw. I have my sensors and the wiring ready to go all i need is the specific name of the plastic connector. Thanks in advance

Ignition and steering lock on 2013 ES300h

The installation instructions show a black connector in the steering column that has a few thick wires, including a sequence of black/green/black/pink.  However, I removed the steering column cover and this connector doesn't exist.  I found a couple of pink wires in other connectors but none seem to be steering locks, and the green wires don't seem to be ignition when I test with a tester.

Any idea which connector I should pick up the steering lock and ignition wires from?  Thanks!
