Install evo all on 2016 Lexus ES 350 using toyo6 Tharness connecting. Won’t start?

There is one wire white/black from T harness needed connecting onto start/stop purple wire a white harness #30 purple pin wire and Having so much hard time finding #30 purple harness connector from ecu. I called support line late on Friday evening and and told no to connected. When tried to start by key fob evo mudule blinking with a little hum sound no start? Please needed some suggestions and advice. Thank you much!
