Can't get my 2016 Ram 2500 diesel to go from orange to blue when insert key for programming

I have ran a check on the wires using the flashing blue light method and it's all good.

2013 Ram starts but shuts right back off. Why will nobody answer this?

2013 Ram programs and starts correctly but them immediately shuts back off. changed options several times but always the same result. right now i have A1 thru 11, B1 C1, and D1.7 and D1.10 selected. I have only connected mandatory connections. no parking light or hood pin. is there something im either checking or not checking in options? ive looked this up til there is nothing else to look up online and on youtube. firmware 74.38 hardware version 6 (CHRT6)

2013 Ram Starts then immediately dies.

I’ve been working on this for 2 days. Very frustrated at this point! after scouring YouTube, The parking light wire has to be wrong on the diagram, so I’m leaving it unconnected. After countless times programming, adjusting settings, reprogramming, resetting etc etc etc. It finally started! Only to die a second later. Then the red and yellow LED remain on, and it won’t start. Even when I stick the key in the ignition, it won’t start! So much for plug and play! What at is the deal? I can’t find anything on the problem. And yes I tried the master reset and reprogramming! please help! I need a truck to drive to work!
