Can bus faults after 3 trouble free years

Is there any warranty on a the evo device that stopped working out of the blue? My 2014 ram broke down a couple of nights ago and the dtcs state the can bus was not ok. U0001 I removed the can high wire from evo and all issues went away and cleared. I love my remote starter and fob, is there anyway to get this module repaired or replaced ?

2017 Ram 2500 (6.7 Cummins) doesn’t delay start long enough for grid heater to go off even though it’s in diesel mode.

My 2017 ram Cummins doesn't delay the start even in freezing cold temperatures. Everything is turned on and up-to-date. The diesel mode is turned on. Now I will say the truck doesn't have any trouble starting, but I'm worried about the long-term effects of starting it before the preheat cycle finishes. I did my own tests back to back mornings and used the key one day, and the dash displayed the engine preheat countdown. The next day I watched from outside the vehicle and did the remote start and as soon as the dash lights came on the truck, it starts. It does not even display the preheat countdown on the dash when it definitely should have (30 degree ambient temps). I see in the settings there is a "20s" option. That's all the information it gives...I'm wondering if that's a 20 second delay option? If so I think that would be enough time to pre-heat the engine..at least where I live (central NC). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

EVO-START2 and EVO -ALL

Now that I have my EVO ALL with THARNESS working on to the next step adding a EVO_START2 with a RFA2A adapter. The install diagrams are really not good, the antenna cable has 2 ends and a ING+ yellow wire. The RFA2A has 3 connectors and red black for power that is not needed???So which connector goes to what? The diagram really suck SORRY FORTIN. I think you have female and male connector mislabled a male has pins exposed and female no pins just sockets. Does anyone have pictures on the few connections I have to make

2018 ram 1500 eco diesel not starting after programing

Went through the programming and key bypass all correctly, all the lights and steps were correct and followed in order. Connected back to the truck closed the doors and tested and did not start. Installed per guide 74031. I’m thinking I might need a different guide but don’t know which to use. Standard key, ecodiesel, wanting to use the unit as a remote start.

Why is my dash going crazy?

I have the Fortin Chrt6 Evo All. I have it wired up correctly. It works but my dash starts to go nuts. My fuel light comes on even with a full tank, the dash lighting flickers. My check engine, air bag, tpms, traction control lights all come on. It’s just going haywire. When I unplug the unit it’s fine and everything is normal. Why is this happening?!?!  It’s cold where I live and would be nice to use this without the fear of a n airbag going off randomly. Also, my truck is a 2014 Ram 1500 5.7l Hemi with tip start. These are the directions I followed.

Wired correctly, works, but dash goes nuts.

I have a 2014 ram 1500 with a tip key. I have the chrt6 evo all. Everything is hooked up correctly. But after it’s started the check engine light now is on and a bunch of other light come on including the TPMS, traction control, saying my fuel gauge sensor is bad. Blinker light on the dash not working. Etc... The directions call for a diode but doesn’t show where to put it in the schematics. Is this my issue? PLEASE HELP!

2016 Ram 2500 wait to start is not working?

I have a 2016 Ram 2500 Diesel with a EVO-ALL and T-harness being used as a standalone Lock 3X remote starter. Everything is working correctly except for when remote starting it doesn't wait for the "wait to start" light to turn off. I'm using the recomended firmware 74.38 and option D1.3 Diesel mode is turned on. I don't see any option for a start delay. Suggestions?

How long should the delay be for diesel mode?

How long should the delay be when operating in Diesel mode? My unit only gives about an 8-10 second delay which is not enough time for the grid heater in cold weather. Wondering if a master reset or software update would fix this or if that is as long as the delay is? Others I have talked to with this unit reported longer delays. Thank you for any help.Truck is 2012 Ram 3500 Cummins Diesel
