HON4 + EVO ONE = OEM Remote Not working after remote start

Followed guide and cut the White line from the large Connected. And we are using HON-4A REV3. After remote starting, the OEM remote does not work and the vehicle is locked. Anyway to change that?

Step 6 of the Standalone Tharness is not going through. The yellow light is not turning ON.

All connection per guide. When following steps thorugh step 6, the yellow LED is not turning oN, the blue LED comes on and we repeat. Using latest firmware.

Car remote starts and shuts off 3 times

Ford fusion 2014. Flashes to recommended firmware. Can connections proper and using t-harness. Lock 3 times and the vehicle starts and then shuts down.
