evo all only show red light when press tree time on factory remote

Hi, does anyone know why after i programmed the evo all for my 2017 toyota sienna se.. when pressing the factory remote three time it only lock the door and the evo all unit only show red light and does nothing.. (ps all the harnest are installed correctly..It has worked before until i remove to install it on another exact vehical)
