Reflash limit reached

I am trying to repair a customer's remote start, EVO ALL module is doing nothing. I reprogrammed it, and it says limit reached on dcrytor. Can you please reset for me. Thank you. Service number: 001A06 247248 hardware vr:6 Firmware Vr 4.8 Date 10/13

Dcryptor limit has been reached

I am trying to figure out why the remote start will not start the 2013 GMC Sierra any more. When i tried to reprogram the vehicle the message is that the Dcryptor has reached its limit. Service #001A06836857 Hardware Ver 6.0 firmware 70.[37] Flash limit 4/8. Alsocan you provide the right options to start the truck,then to get in turn key and drive? seems before it quit working , you had to hit the unlock button to relase the programming. Thank you.

GMC ACADIA EVO ONE SERVICE THEFT DETERRENT SYSTEM

i install evo one with RF642W evo antina to GMC acadia 2007 SLT full option with power up/down window , i did all wiring as show in installation guide and wire color , car start once with the remote , as soon i put the car key and turn to run possition the car turn off and show a message SERVICE THEFT DETERRENT SYSTEM , then car will not start after that until i disconnect the unit and relearn the main key in car for around 30-45 min , i re done the programming again and the key dcryptor as well and as soon the car run from rf antina or 3x lock when i put the key in car to swith to on it is show same error , any advice what could be error in programming or wiring !?

Is DCryptor required for 08 GMC Sierra?

According to guide #59041, DCryptor is required for my 2008 GMC Sierra. However, according to guide #3309, DCryptor is *not* required, and I can program the EVO-ALL directly using the programming button (connection 6, programming 4). Which is it?
