Unable to Program keys, Decryptor indicates missing information.

2018 Ford F-550 Standard keyless entry. Installed EVO-ALL 4.01 Stand Alone THAR-FOR3 Single key: Truck starts and runs with the FACTORY 3x Remote start option (Verifies CAN communication). The runtime is not adjustable with this installation method. Installed EVO-ALL 4.01 & 71.50 Stand Alone THAR-FOR2 2-key and cannot get past Key programming to get Decryptor set up. Using either 4.01 or 71.50 Firmware and guide# 59421,at step 5 where after installing the first key the red LED should flash, the red LED turns on solid. After inserting 2nd key the red and yellow LEDs turn solid and the ignition turns on BUT the blue LED never flashes and the ignition never turns off. The IP indicates that there is no key present. The only way to turn off the ignition is to unplug the black 4 wire connector (Data-link) from the EVO-ALL. I have verified CAN communication on both CAN1 and CAN2. Both keys are master keys that were supplied with the truck at new delivery. I have been through the troubleshooting section and that was no help. I found a post in the forum "FORT2 Programming Issues" that had an issue similar where the CAN2 was disconnected to solve the issue, I have not tried this yet. Is there anything else that I can try to get the Keys to allow programing so that i can run the Decryptor portion of the EVO-ALL programming? I have exhausted all ideas except for the disconection of the CAN2 as a last resort. Thanks again, cheers.

THAR-FOR2 wire colors do not match install guides

I have a THAR-FORD2 Rev.1 Lot 50317 T-harness.  The harness has a yellow wire, grey w/black wire and light blue wire that are not terminated to a connector.  All other wires are terminated into connectors.  The Light Blue wire comes from a micro relay that is part of the harness. The Grey w/ Black wire is teed into the dark blue wire that teminates into the micro relay. The yellow wire comes from the bundle in the loom.  In guides # 59241 and 59411 the guides indicate there should be a Yellow, Light Blue and LIGHT BLUE w/ BLACK wire.  This harness does not have the Light Blue w/Black wire, it has the Grey w/Black wire.  Should I use the Grey w/Black wire in place of the Light Blue w/Black?  I want to be sure so that I do not damage the EVO-ALL or the vehicle.  Thank you.

Programming failure 2015 Ford Fusion standard Key w/ standalone + THAR-FOR2

Following instruction 59421 to install a stand-alone system with THAR-FOR2, I get to step 9 in the key bypass programming section. The vehicle's ignition turns on, but the blue light never flashes rapidly. I've confirmed that the firmware is 71.46, and the 3 wires (Light Blue, Light Blue/Black, and Yellow) that come from the T-harness are properly crimped to the wires going to pins A20, A10, and A1. (crimped, and applied adhesive lined heat-shrink) The CAN connections were connected to the wires at the pins as depicted on page 4 of the instructions - I noticed an error in the instructions, pin 20 on the diagnostic connector had a solid blue wire, rather than White/Blue. This wire was going to pin 20, and was twisted with the white wire on pin 19. To confirm proper connections, with the connector unplugged from the Evo All, I measured resistance between C1 & C2 to be 62ohms, and between C3 & C4 to be 61ohms - consistant with a standard CAN network. I've tried switching C1 with C2, I've also tried switching C3 with C4 - no improvement. Any help to get past step 9 will be appreciated.
